What a launch week actually looks like
Seven days, from the name being signed off to the first enquiry landing in someone's hand. No theory, just the order things happen in.
Most launch plans are a list of deliverables. This is the order they arrive in, which is the part that decides whether the week works.
Monday — the name and the key visual are signed off. Nothing else starts until this does, because everything else is cut from it.
Tuesday and Wednesday — the creative suite. Every placement you are actually buying gets its own cut. Not one artwork resized six ways.
Thursday — tracking goes in before the spend does. Lead routing is tested with a real phone and a real person.
Friday — ads go live, low, to see what the click costs before the weekend.
Saturday and Sunday — the first real numbers. By Monday you know which creative is carrying the campaign, and the one that is not gets replaced.
